Cristiano Ronaldo says he wants to have seven children and win the same number of Ballons d’Or.
The Real Madrid star recently had his fourth child, and is expected to win his fifth Ballon d’Or when the award is announced next month.
But the 32-year-old has still come in for recent criticism, as his return of one goal in seven La Liga matches this season is far below his usual output.
In an interview with L’Equipe, Ronaldo said he is staying calm after his slow start to the league campaign, insisting he can contribute more to his team than just goals.
“I’m happy and I feel good, you have to stay calm and keep working, because you can obviously do better,” Ronaldo said.
Looking farther ahead, the Portugal star said he still has plenty more he’d like to achieve – both on the pitch and off.
“I want seven children and the same number of Ballons d’Or,” Ronaldo said.
“That means that I do not intend to stop there. As long as I play, I will win all I can win”
Real Madrid will play Athletico Madrid in the Laliga match in Wanda Metropolitano
”The Indian El-Classico”! That might just be the right word at the moment to describe the inaugral ISL match between Athletico De Kolkata and Kerala Blasters. Their rivalry have become as fierce as that of Real Madrid Vs FC.Barcelona as ISL proceeds to its 4th season.
It all goes back to 2014,the finale of the first edition of the biggest football festival in India between the two big teams , Athletico De Kolkata and Kerala Blasters. Score-card was 0-0 after the 90 mins. The match might have gone into extra time and then onto Penalties if Mohammed Rafique had not head the cruicial goal at the normal injury time of 92′ to make it 1:0 for Kolkata giants.
Athletico clinched the maiden ISL title thrashing the hopes of huge number of supporters of Kerala Blasters. The Yellow Army’s men and their fans left the groud in tears.
In the 2015 season, ATK roped in star-striker Ian Hume, who was instrumental in Kerala Blaster’s run in the previous season. The 2015 Season went on with the two teams not making any significant impact.
The 2016 ISL Season Finale was held in Kochi, home of Kerala Blasters . Talking about Kochi,Kerala Blasters have the 11th highest average attendance in all the leagues of the world. It is the 15th biggest Club in world in terms of average attendance and fans. The Blasters Fan club ‘Manjappada’ won the Best Club in India award.Coming back to the 2016 finale, the 80000+ fans literally lit up the stadium in yellow. The ‘Yellowsea’ might just be the word. The atmosphere created by the humongous crowd was simply magnificent. The ‘Yellow’ version of ‘Mexican Wave’ is a treat to watch. The match ended up in 1:1 score-card in the normal time. The game went onto extra time and then onto Penalties.
Kerala Blasters captain hit the final Penalty which was cleared inches away from the goal by the Athletico goal-keeper Debjit Majumder. Thus,Athletico clinched their 2nd title away from Kerala Blasters. The Yellow sea was in despair and so were the players. Now You might have an idea about why this is called as the ‘IndianEl-Classico’
Both team have played head to head 8 times, with Athletico winning 5 of them and drawing 2 and Kerala Blasters managing to win only a single game.
Coming to this season,Kerala Blasters are clearly the Favourites. The team is star studded than ever with the likes of former Manchester United Player Dimitar Berbatov and Ian Hume coming back his home. C.K.Vineeth on the right wing,Berbatov on the left and Ian Hume as the Striker. Wow,this is what I call as a Fire-Combo.
But Predictions does not stand much of a chance here. This is Football. Anything can happen in the 90min’s. And moreover ,much more can happen in the 90+ minutes. Thats what, the Indian El-Classico teaches us about Football.

Real Madrid’s poor start to the season appears to have driven a wedge between two of the club’s most senior players.
That’s according to Spanish publication Marca, who claim captain Sergio Ramos has been left dismayed by Cristiano Ronaldo’s recent comments to the media, and vice versa.
Following Los Blancos’ Champions League defeat away at Tottenham Hotspur earlier this month, Ronaldo attributed the club’s poor form to a loss of experienced players during the summer, a view which is said to have irked Ramos.
“The players who arrived this summer have a lot of potential,” Ronaldo told the media.
“Pepe, Álvaro Morata and James Rodríguez made us stronger, but those in the squad today are younger.
“We also need [Dani] Carvajal and [Gareth] Bale back.
“It is not a worse squad but it has less experience and that is very important. It’s not an excuse, I’m happy and the alarms are not going off.”
The Portuguese was recently rumoured to have presented Madrid’s hierarchy with a list of players he feels should be moved on and Marca claim the atmosphere in the dressing room has changed since a number of his key allies – such as Pepe, Fábio Coentrão and James – departed during the summer.
As a result, Ramos has reportedly become a more influential figure at the club this season and Ronaldo is said to have been annoyed by the Andalusian’s recent open courtship of Neymar (“I like to play with the best and Neymar is one of them, I hope,” Ramos told Cadena SER last week) as well as the answer he gave to the media when asked about Ronaldo’s future during the international break.
“Cristiano is leaving? Ask him, I don’t know about these things,” Ramos remarked following Spain’s 3-3 draw with Russia on Tuesday.
Zinedine Zidane’s side travel to face local rivals Atlético on Saturday and if they’re to have any hope of catching Barcelona in the La Liga title race, they must settle their differences and stick together.
